Dublin Chiropractic Cancellation Policy
Introduction: At Dublin Chiropractic, we understand that unexpected events occur in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
1. 24-Hour Advance Notice
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
2. Late Cancellations
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A fee of €50 will be charged to your account.
3. No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.
4. Emergencies or Serious Illness
Exceptions will be made only in cases of genuine emergencies or a serious illness. Documentation (like a doctor’s note) may be required for waiver of the cancellation fees.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
6. Respect for Therapist’s Time
We understand that delays can happen. However, we must respect the time of both our clients and our therapists. If you’re running late, a courtesy call is much appreciated.
7. Policy Acknowledgement
All clients must acknowledge having read and understood the cancellation policy upon booking their first appointment.
8. Modifications to Policy
Dublin Chiropractic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
