Why fill this in before you visit
- You find out if you qualify. Not every case is suitable for non-surgical spinal decompression or for chiropractic care. Sending the detail first means we can say so before you book a consultation.
- The first appointment starts further along. The initial consultation runs about 45 minutes and begins with your history — sending it ahead leaves more of that time for the examination itself.
- We know what to have ready. If you mention an existing MRI or X-ray we can ask you to bring it, rather than sending you away for one.
